As a Senior Benefits Advisor, Terry has extensive knowledge of employee benefits. In fact, she has been with Wilson Albers & Company since 1997 and has been working in the employee benefits industry since 1985. Her clients benefit a great deal from her breadth and depth of experience. Terry specializes in groups over 50, executive compensation strategies, and disability plans for highly compensated individuals.
Terry holds a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation from the International Foundation of Employee Benefits and a Group Benefits Disability Specialist Certification from The National Underwriter Company. She has completed the ACA certification course and the CDHC certification courses through the National Association of Health Underwriter and is a charter member of the Alaska Chapter of the National Association of Health Underwriters.
Prior to working at The Wilson Agency, Terry worked at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alaska. During those 11 years, Terry gained a thorough understanding of sales, administration, and underwriting of fully insured health plans.
Terry has called Alaska home since 1983. She has served on many community committees.

Mathew Augustine is one of the founders of Hanna Global Solutions, a full-service employee benefits firm based in Concord, California, and a Partner Firm with United Benefit Advisors (UBA). Mathew has been responsible for architecting technology-enabled solutions to meet client needs in the area of benefit administration.
Under Mathew’s leadership, Hanna Global Solutions transformed itself over the past year with its technology and services to meet the needs of the new way of delivering employee benefits, using the private exchange model, with defined contribution, decision support and an employee benefit marketplace experience for enrollees. Mathew was instrumental in the development of Benefits Passport®, a UBA private exchange solution for large group employers.
Mathew is a graduate of Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) and Indian Institute of Management (IIM), India’s premier engineering and management schools.
Mathew’s career of more than 30 years spans marketing, advertising, technology products and services, HR, and employee benefits in India as well as in the United States.

Prior to joining UBA, Danielle was an attorney and senior writer analyst for the health law division of Wolters Kluwer Law and Business. She was also the lead editor of the Wolters Kluwer health law blog and a senior writer and analyst of the Health Reform WK-EDGE, the Health Law Daily, the Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Law Reports and the Medical Devices Reports publications. Additionally, Danielle published a number of in-depth strategic perspectives focusing on the Affordable Care Act's (ACA) contraception mandate and preventive service requirements. Additional publication credits include a broad array of Medicare and Medicaid references and the CCH Law, Explanation, and Analysis of ACA.
Danielle graduated from DePaul University College of Law with a health law certificate and she has an undergraduate degree in sociology and business from Tulane University. She also serves on DePaul University's Health Law Institute advisory board and regularly lectures at DePaul on a variety of ACA and other health law issues.
Josie Martinez, J.D.

Josie Martinez specializes in advising employers on legal and compliance matters that arise relating to ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, and other employee benefits related issues, as well as consulting on health and welfare plans. As an attorney for the past 19 years, Josie brings a breadth of experience as an advisor on risk assessment, business strategies, contract negotiations, government investigations, and regulatory compliance.
Josie received her Juris Doctor (J.D.) at Northeastern University School of Law and a bachelor’s degree from Boston College. She currently serves on the Compliance Committee for United Benefit Advisors (UBA) and the Board of The Boston Home and the Association of Latino Professionals in Finance and Accounting (ALPFA-Law).

Lon currently serves as Managing Member for Wilson Albers and Company, LLC and President and CEO for its subsidiary companies: The Wilson Agency, LLC, Albers & Company, Inc., and ConnectHR, LLC. He joined The Wilson Agency in 1989, becoming a Principal in 1991. Through his strategic leadership, he has successfully developed a family of companies serving the employee benefits and human resource needs of organizations throughout the Northwest. Lon is very active in local and national industry organizations. He is a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU), past President of the Alaska Association of Health Underwriters, and current Board Chair for United Benefits Advisors. He is also involved in a number of civic and professional organizations. He is former Chairman of the Anchorage Economics Development Corporation, a board member of the Providence Health & Services Community Ministry Board in Alaska, and a member of the Board of Directors of Better Business Bureau of Alaska, Oregon, and Western Washington.
Outside of work, Lon enjoys travel, fine wine and gourmet food, as well as experiencing events such as sports, concerts and cultural performances. During the summer months, he takes delight in spending time with family and friends at his lake property.
